This retreat provides a unique combination of both a physical and
spiritual journey that will leave you focused and refreshed. Come
to the mountains to learn from the mountains and feel your body
become stronger while your mind and spirit are set free.
This 4-day, 3-night journey is designed to provide nourishment for
the mind, body and spirit. This retreat has various outdoor
adventures that include cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing,
nighttime sleigh ride with bonfire and hot chocolate, a day of
indulgence at Hot Sulfur Springs and lessons/ instruction plus
equipment included in the price. No experience needed.
Evenings filled with visioning, teaching, coaching and group
interaction. Through this life changing experience you will learn
support, trust, confidence, conviction and empowerment. A follow-up
coaching session will solidify what you've learned and keep your
new vision alive at home.

CAN'T MAKE IT TO SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH?
Maybe you can join us in August at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. Arrive Friday, August
7, 2009 and depart Monday, August 10, 2009. It will include a
day of ropes courses, climbing a mountain peak and day of
indulgence. Jim Davidson, our guest speaker from Snow
Mountain Ranch will also be joining us in Estes Park!

FROM AUGUST 2008 RETREAT
In the
picture to the right, the group from our 2008 Summer Retreat poses
for a shot at the top of Mount Sherman.
These beautiful heartfelt women from the August 2008 retreat,
received the gifts and lessons from the mountains because of their
willingness to be open, their determination, and courage. They each
took away an everlasting, changed and transformed life. A sense of
self renewal and empowerment. And a knowing deep in their heart and
souls that if you can climb of 14er you can do anything in life!!!

Hi Deb!
Thought I'd send you word of the
positive influence the women's
retreat had for me, and since
receiving the wonderful photos from you, I
definitely wanted to thank you
for creating such an extraordinary
environment for
self-development, communicating and sharing. What an
honor to be a part of such a creative vibrant group of new women
friends. I'm writing also, specific to vision boards,
because you commented that my vision board was beautiful, and must
say, I delighted with my photo in holding up that artistic vision
board that speaks to me nearly daily in my memory. I
found myself sharing it with a friend recently who said I ought to
have it more on display. My vision board gives me
wonderful memories of the times we spent together, the
self-realization that I really did represent who I am and what I'm
about, and there are wonderful glimpses of
my future in the colorful
waters. I continue to learn more about self-discovery,
and credit your workshop and my dear friend Kade for giving me
encouragement, receptivity and useful feedback. Thanks so
much for everything!

brings a wealth of experience to her role as a life coach, not only
through her insightful intuition but also as a nurse, an artist,
independent business owner, mother of three, and outdoor
enthusiast. Deb combines outdoor experiences with the life coaching
process and believes strongly that if you can climb a mountain, you
can do anything; see more, dream of more, achieve more. Deb began
climbing 14ers, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the early
seventies and has found true passion in guiding groups to the
mountain tops and enlightening them of the lessons learned from the
mountains.
